Sciath na Scol Chorcaí held their Annual Hurling and Camogie finals over 7 days at the end of May at SuperValu, Páirc Uí Chaoimh. The festival of finals at Cork’s HQ saw 60 teams compete in 30 games. Over 800 children had the opportunity to line out, wearing their school colours with pride. Thousands of spectators were treated to thrilling action, with fantastic skills on display. The atmosphere in the stadium was electric and Sciath na scol are extremely grateful to the Cork County Board for the use of the grounds. Several volunteers, many of whom are retired teachers also helped to make sure the games ran smoothly each day. Well done to all the children who participated in the 2026 Hurling and Camogie season and congratulations to all schools on reaching the finals!
